Rockwell Property – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rockwell Property, we aim to provide reliable event rental services. Due to the nature of rentals, the following policy applies:
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing via email:

Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future booking at our discretion
Refunds
Refunds are not issued for services already completed or rentals already delivered
Partial refunds may be issued if services cannot be fulfilled due to our fault
Rental Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for all rented items during the rental period
Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged at replacement cost
Weather Policy
Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions
Refunds are not guaranteed due to weather, but rescheduling may be offered when possible
Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional fees
