Rockwell Property – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Rockwell Property, we aim to provide reliable event rental services. Due to the nature of rentals, the following policy applies:

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email:

  • Cancellations made [X days] before the event may be eligible for a partial or full refund

  • Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future booking at our discretion

Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued for services already completed or rentals already delivered

  • Partial refunds may be issued if services cannot be fulfilled due to our fault

Rental Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all rented items during the rental period

  • Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged at replacement cost

Weather Policy

  • Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions

  • Refunds are not guaranteed due to weather, but rescheduling may be offered when possible

Late Returns

  • Late returns may result in additional fees
