Client Responsibilities

Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period
Additional charges may apply for damaged, lost, or improperly used items.
Payments and Fees
Full or partial payment may be required prior to delivery. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in advance. Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockwell Property is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our rentals or services.
